The next in a series of Parker Artists Guild sponsored art exhibits officially opens on Wednesday 10th January at the Mainstreet Center Gallery. The theme will be ” Remember When” allowing artists to share their individual interpretations of nostalgia. A special door prize has been donated by noted Parker teacher and artist Greg Sweatt. A painting “Shlemmer Ranch Line Shack” rendered from a photograph taken before the Hidden River Development will pique the interest of Parker history buffs. It measures 38in X 18in. high. Refreshments will be served and members of the public are encouraged to attend. Work in all media from over 50 local artists will be on display and for sale from January 8th to February 15th.
